One of Jack's favorite toys is a block that has a little wheel on top that turns something on the inside, he looks through the entire set of blocks to find the ones that do this, then he is mesmerized :-). I love to see his little hands working and his face so concentrated.
Jack's favorite thing to do is to pull all of his books off of his bookshelf and play with them. It brings him great joy and he seems to do it very deliberately. He will study and re-study each one until he finds the one he wants to 'read'.
