Wonderful Phil!

Last night, after Phil had been at work all day and I had not, I sent him to Schnucks with the vague instructions that I thought I wanted some chicken fingers, vegetables, fruit, and diet ginger ale. The last few days I have been hungry all of the time and been able to find nothing that I actually wanted to eat. So, it took us a little time to settle on my list for Schnucks. He came back, saying the deli chicken finger oven was down and there seemed to be no such thing as diet ginger ale. But this did not stop him! He got me fruit, regular ginger ale, and diet sprite from Schnucks, then went to Sonic for chicken fingers, and had a back of frozen (back up) chicken fingers from Schnucks, just in case. I loved all of it and felt much better, then regretted the rest of the night, having eaten a ton of watermelon at about 9:00 pm, which is another story. I was just writing his entry as a little tribute to Phil for his patience, humor, and excitement throughout the last 7 months! I think he is going to make a pretty good Daddy.
